1800 Flowers - Worst Company EVER!

I had the WORST experience with 1800 flowers for valentines day, after my boyfriend spent 180.00 on a bouquet for me, they never delivered them, we tried calling 1000 times and got hung up on every time, then they delivered them on the 15th, with the wrong note, the delivery man was unbelievable rude, and they delivered them with instructions that they were supposed to be delivered on the 15th, yeah right...
We called customer service and finally got through, were the woman on the phone said that she would only offer 20% off our next order, like we would EVER order again... then she told us that she was the manager and thats all she could offer, so if ANY knows of their mailing address, which I cant seem to find anywhere on their site, please let me know I really would like to send them a nasty letter.

Odd, I've shipped flowers to a lot of family around xmas every year for the past 2 years and everything has gone well both times
Granted I never had to deal with their customer service, and never tried to get something delivered on a high profile day like vday

The irony is there is a 1800 flowers banner on your post .. go go google ads lol

Can you dispute the charges with your credit card company, especially for all the customers that chose the option for guaranteed delivery on the 14th?

I am sorry you got such bad service...The whole flower business, especially the mail order ones, have major problems..

In all to many cases you see a sample and what they send out or deliver is not the same..The only way I would ever order, whether by mail or local, is if I had a picture and was guaranteed it would be the same...

I know it is difficult to do, however, precaution need to be taken..
