Midwest-Trader is infamous around these parts
dealsouthonline.com

These guys do business from their own web site as well as via e-bay. Be careful to read the fine print: "Mandatory shipping insurance is NOT included in final price." Call before bidding or buying. I did and found the cost of insurance is exorbitant, just like the better known Brooklyn shysters. They claim they need your zip code to determine the price. Be that as it may, I don't know why ebay allows auctions with such large hidden surcharges. The "shipping price" listed does not include this "insurance," which costs about 10 times what it really should.

They have a rating of D with the Southeast Florida BBB. They also do business as D & M Online, Inc. You will find complaints on ebay from people feeling deceived and items from the google archive.
