We have also received notices from Weiss' attorney, informing us of a meeting of creditors scheduled to be on Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. at the Ofice of U.S. Trustee Meeting Room, 833 Chestnut Street, Suite 500, Philadelphia, PA 19107
I hope this helps some of you. We immediately called our credit card company when we discovered Weiss had "left town". Our appliances were ordered but not delivered.
