Shop4Tech.com - anyone had any dealings w/ them recently?

Store rating went from a 6. average to 9.25 for the last six month. Looks like someone is packing the rating system. Would be interested in seeing a "real person's" review.

Current BBB report gives them a 'A' rating or excellent rating.

A An excellent rating. A company with this rating may not rate higher because of a greater number of rate-lowering factors, but we do not consider them to be factors that would likely adversely affect consumer transactions.

Thanks for the BB info Nomaxim, but, I'm afraid it looks like the BB report is not the whole story on Shop4Tech. I went back to day 1 on Resellerratings and computed their rating from that time until six months ago when, to today's date, their rating shot up to 9.25. Shop4Tech's rating was 5.5, or 55% positive prior to the last six months. Which means that 45% of the ratings were negative. Not exactly a ringing endorcement. Shop4Tech had only two negative ratings in the last six months, a big change from the prior seven years that there are ratings for. Either they got suddenly got religion, or as I stated in my initial post, someone is doing a job on the ratings. I would still like some comment from some real, live customers.

You're right Steve. Since I'm looking for a digital camera online, and since consumer electronics seems to have a large number of scammers on the internet, I'm developing a strategy that says: if the seller is listed on resellerratings, and they don't have a rating greater than the resellerrating's average (currently 7.62), forget that seller and look for someone else.
