I ordered an OEM replacement Sony remote from New Remotes, Inc., of Tampa, FL. priced at $34.95, plus $7.95 shipping. They sent a generic without asking\notifying me and without reducing the price -- I can buy that generic for $25.00. According to its TV remote warranty purchases are refunded 100% -- no questions asked, no hassle – and no mention that outbound shipping\handling costs are not refundable. They’ve credited me only $34.95. Ripped off twice – once for the unauthorized remote and once for the shipping.

Ya’ll out there – beware of this deceptive practice.

As far as I am concerned they also own you for the shipping..Please make sure you do a review of this company, as it will cost them dearly..
