A Matter of Fax
I ordered a toner cartridge for my Lexmark printer from A Matter of Fax. I received the order in good time. However, was extremely disappointed when I opened the box and found what was advertised as OEM was not. When I took the cartridge out of the box - a part on the right literally flew off the cartridge and toner dumped all over me. I filed a complaint on the 21st. Today is the 23rd and I've never heard a word from anyone at their facility. I sent them an email and also 2 messages through paypal.
They received my damaged cartridge and have refunded the full price paid. I am surprised, but appreciative. Jeff explained that th eproblem with the printer was Lexmark's error and that paypal had never contacted them about my problem.
