One Camera did not work on arrival and you charged me $50.00 more than was quoted when I ordered. I told you to cancel my order before it was ever shipped. I told you via phone and email to cancel my order. You failed!!!
You deserve all the feedback you get that is negative and all the due attention you need by the Attorney Generals Office and investigation of your unscrupluous business tactics. You should be shut down for fraud. The things that these places get away with is criminal.
You taught me a lesson and NEWEGG will be getting all my business online, period. I needed a camera for someone with a viewfinder, I should have told him no he wouldn't get it. I got burned by fotoconnection. My bad but I am not an idiot and know how to get the word out online when I am wronged.
Fotoconnection and the way the do business can kiss my ass.
