That's an sign-up offer site. You sign up and complete so many offers and get the item advetised for free or in this case half price. The offers can range from magizine subscriptions, gym memberships, book clubs, to credit cards. You have to complete so many offers (ie. pay for them) to qualify. Most of these sites are not legit, I consider them scams, and you could likely end up spending more money to complete the offers then you would have just buying the item to begin with. There are a few that are good and deliver, but they are few and far between.

We get spam posts from these kind of sites, along with referral sites, here at RR all the time. Generally they are reported as spam and deleted. Since you've been a member here for five years I guess we'll let you off the hook.
