SkateAmerica has been giving everyone a tough time .I hope that they will come through for me because my son had been waiting for his adio sneakers and hoodie for 2 months ...

Wow, I am so glad I found your post. I have been trying to talk to anyone at Skate America and have been put through their web of emails that never answer my questions. Thanks so much for that #. I was able to finally cancel my order that was placed long ago and I never received! Good luck with your order.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company at all!!! Be very cautious when considering this firm. They will send out e-mails claiming how their sales are up dramatically. From my standpoint, who cares especially when their customer service is terrible.


1) They do not return phone calls;

2) Response to e-mail inquiries are "canned" and are not responsive to the questions asked;

3) The website is misleading by stating something is immediately available and then, after your order and pay for it, they send an e-mail saying it will take an extra 10 days to get the order. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

4) You cannot get a live person - every - I called over 6 times...

Now, I am trying to cancel the order but I am having difficulty doing that...
