Made up my mind won't touch Cyberpower with a ten foot pole.

The roller coaster reviews continue! Look at the latest reviews. Looks like they have a guy trying to do damage control...... He could use a spellcheck, when posting though.

Wow,they made it all the way to an 8 in customer satisfaction in January! But then they slipped down to 6 this month.Guess the effort was just too much for them.

His spelling isn't as bad as his grammar and general word usage.

Thank you for taking time posting your review, our company are basing all our mistakes from your point of view and learning to prevent it from happening again.
I understand most of it. But, this part I have no clue what he is saying.

This John fellow, seems to honestly want to help. However, they may have wanted to arm him with some improved excuses. The whole "holiday rush" excuse seems fishy. From what I have researched, As a computer "builder" customer satisfaction averages around 75-80%. You would think they would know from their "holiday rush" numbers, and their previous year numbers, just how many call-backs/unhappy customers they should expect, and arm themselves accordingly. One would think you would run into that somewhere in Business 101.

I've never bought the "holiday rush" excuse, any well run company should be prepared for the increased business the holidays bring. And it especially doesn't work when a company's ratings are as consistently bad year round as CyberPower's are.

This is absolutely insane. I do not buy their positive reviews ONE BIT. Everywhere else I read nothing but horror stories. Once there are a few bad reviews on here, lo and behold in 2 to 3 days they have a flurry of rave reviews to push the bad ones off the front page. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE! Once my review is updated (I posted a couple of weeks ago, but updated it today), I will come back and link to it. It is BY FAR the worst online purchase experience I have ever had.

I have to agree. I got this computer last September and it hasn't worked for more than 3/4 months at a time. I've wiped the HDD and reinstalled windows at least 5 times due to errors and now I have to press F8 upon startup so I can select which HDD to boot off of in order to bypass a blank screen. This thing is a beast, but it's more trouble than it's worth. I would agree.. DO NOT BUY FROM IBUYPOWER OR CYBERPOWERPC!

I have to agree that the experience I had with this company is negative. They sent me the wrong case and I was told over the phone that I could come over anytime I want to fix it. I kept it longer then a month to gauge the problems of the computer I purchased then returned it to them so they can replace my case.

Long story short I posted a negative review online and now the guy said I took so long to return it and they are doing a favor for me by replacing it but I keep replying to them that they are obligated under the 3 year warranty. When they do ship my computer I don't expect much from them anymore sufficient to say even if the computer works I am not planning to purchase from them again. I feel ripped off and believe me its not a feeling any of us really likes.

I hope this review helps out someone else because I do not want other people to have the same bad experiences as I have .
