I just bought a PC from Cyberpower and I have no complaints at all. I ordered on 9/10 and the system was shipped out on 9/21. I received it on 9/26. It worked perfectly right out of the box. I paid about $750 plus shipping for a pretty nice system.
For the record, I had them pre-load Windows XP and that is working fine. It appears to be official, not bootleg as someone else mentioned earlier.
I did not deal with Customer Service, so I can't tell you whether it's good or bad.
Overall I would definitely recommend Cyberpower.

my computer arrived today in working order, a few parts were loose (some plastic thing that i have no idea what it does) and the side panel fan was unplugged (good thing). The problem: the lcd internal temp display is only screwed in on one side so when i tried to press the buttons, it moves in and it looks a bit funny (not all the lines on the digital letters/ numbers appear, might be due to something not fastened?). Other than that, i'm in the process of setting up a network, installing the video card/sound card. I'll post updates.
iBUYPOWER has not lived up to the horror stories (thank god)

Ah, thanks for the replies.
I'm still not sure if I'm going to buy the entire system from them or not-- at least not until I get done pricing other websites and stores. But I am thinking of buying a few parts from them, possibly...

Status update:
The LCD internal temp drive was loose due to a missing screw. I rattled the computer around and heard it and it turned out to be in the power supply, so I had to take the grate off of it and pull the screw out with tweezers. The hole that the screw was supposed to go in was stripped (iBUYPOWER is going to say that it was damaged in shipping) so I had to zip-tie it, but it's secure now. The hard drives were jammed in their box crooked, so I removed them and put them in straight. They added another 8600 GT 512 MB and upgraded both to EVGA (suckers) and case lighting, none of which I ordered, so they basically gave me 500 dollars (checked the bill and nothing was added on the price). So now my computer is SLI with 2 8600 GT 512 MB, but the only problem is: I have no idea how to work SLI. (HELP PLEASE!) It's obnoxiously loud due to the 6 fans in it.
Advice:
Don't believe the horror stories. Get whatever computer you want. Since these are the makers of the computers, it takes a bit to assemble the parts, but I ordered ground shipping and it came in 2 days. The horror stories that are true are loose parts (when you get it, tighten down all the screws you can find) and poor customer service via email, via phone was excellent.

You're a lot more forgiving than me,sounds like they did a shoddy job putting it together.Hope they did a better job testing everything, problems don't always show up immediately.

New Problems: CD drive isn't hooked up, and network won't load. Any ideas?

Sounds like it's time to send it back and make them live up to their warranty,no way did they do the job right. Now you know why their ratings are so bad.

Well, so far I've priced three stores-- Newegg, PowerPC and Fry's. Out of all of them, Newegg is the cheapest. For a complete system, it's about $1,300 on Newegg (give or take). On PowerPC a similiar system is about $2,000.
