No, No, No,.........
It's just a HUGE coincidence that when they (CyberPowerPC) get a bad review stating how bad their service, shipping, support, build quality, follow up....you name it...was, that the next three reviews point out how the previous unhappy customer complaints were not a problem with "the glowing" reviewer's order........
I would definitely order a computer from a company that averages horrible ratings in 1 out every 4 reviews. Obviously just dumb luck for a company so committed to excellence like CyberPowerPC.........

It's been 4 weeks going on 5 weeks now and no computer yet. Placed an order in May. Order# L4BHRN. Piss poor service. Don't believe what you read on their site regarding customer reviews.

I'll never use them again. Best to buy from Newegg.

True on the customer service, it's pretty bad, but you can't argue with the price. If you're computer savvy, you'll be able to take whatever they can dish out - this one that I'm on right now should be about $3000 and it cost $1400, you might get some unplugged parts like I did, but just get some nerdy friends that know computers and you're good. I would stick with it.

Sorry, low prices don't excuse bad products and poor support, and accepting it is ridiculous. That's how companies like CyberPower stay in business ripping off unsuspecting customers. There are decent builders out there with reasonable prices and good support if you do some research.Playing it cheap with computers never pays in the long run.

Cyberpowerpc is horrible

So much to say about this company and their lack of service and quality. My full review and story is posted at this location: Don't Buy CyberPower PC
But, the short of it is that I ordered a very high end computer in January 2007 ($1700 without monitor). It arrived with restart problems, cycling without starting up, and crashing frequently. I have spent numerous hours with tech support. I have sent the computer back to them for repairs THREE times, and received a defective computer back with the same issue. They will not bend on a refund, only stated they will attempt to repair it again.

Don't buy from this company, and tell everyone you know about this. Any searching on the internet will show you enough reviews exactly like mine, so its not worth the risk.

I would avoid them altogether. Too many people have claimed their negative posts were deleted( me included). Too many positive ratings popping up from "new" users, all sounding unatuarally similar.

I have had very bad experience with Cyberpowerpc and I strongly encourage youu to look at another store. Theyr service is very poor and if something goes wrong you will have a very difficult time dealing with the support unit of this firm. They don't respond to phone calls untill you have called them several times.
Avoid cyberpower untill they clean their act. If youu don't believe me call their support before you buy from them.

Well from reading reseller reviews they are cleaning their act but since i had a rough go with them I will build my own next time.

Still a minority of people who get defective power supplies on their website.
