If you are thinking about a gas scooters, one of those where you stand a broad and the motor is located next to the back wheel, and your require good service, do not buy from NEOSCOOTERS.com.

This company, which was the distributor for EVO scooters, provides horrible service to its customers. Twice I have emailed only to wait and wait. The first time, I waited one week and never received either an email nor a telephone call. The second time, I sent three emails and never heard from them. After five days, I called them and got a recording. Only a day later, did Ms Tess, the former distributor for EVO scooter call and gave me a telephone number for another company, after she had told me the best one to order parts from was NEOSCOOTERS.com

I almost did a thread warning the consumer about EVO scooters and the bad support, until I heard that the parent company was getting RID of its current USA distributor.

This company does even not list an address, GL if you need to sue, and when you call you get a menu only to press the department to get another recording. BTW, the part I needed was not even stock by NEOSCOOTERS.com. Just another reason to avoid this outfit......
