X 10 cameras

i recently purchased a complete home and shop surviellance system from x 10 technologies. the first two weeks were okay then the cameras started to move on their own. i could not change them back to the original position via the remote they gave me. i immediately called and stated that i wanted to return this equipment. i was promised a RMA number 1.5 weeks ago. no response. i feel they are going to rip me off for this cheap quality expensive / substandard chinese equipment. i have called their company several times and i am getting no where with their customer service or lack of. beware of this company!

No contact other than a 800 number. Furthermore, this site is unappealing to me because all it pushes are price deals.
