Jadebriar is infamous around these parts
Dell is terrible

My family has bought Dell computers for years. Each time we buy a new one it's worse than the last. After the Dell Inspiron 1505 I will never buy another Dell product.

I called their customer service and they kept me on the phone for 3 1/2 hours and never fixed the problem. They kept trying to install a printer driver over and over. It was all the technician could think of.

Finally he declared it was a software problem and the only way to fix it was to reinstall the operating system! He only tried one thing and went straight to this solution. Since we had purchased an extended warranty I requested a service call. I was told that since it was not a hardware problem they could not send authorize a service call. Sure was a waste of money purchasing the extended warranty.

My advice is stay away from Dell. They used to be good but get worse every day. And as far as improving their service unless you have 3 1/2 hours to waste without any help don't bother.:
