phaganenterprises BAD, Fraud

Bought a digital watch cam recently from them. He had 100 percent feed. Asked questions before I speciifically asked if it makes no noise. He mentioned to me that there is no noise with this camera. (I AM also starting to think that NETSATISFACTION is related as they mentioned no noise on that same item).I get it weeks later and it has A LOT OF BEEPING noises. SELLER Has done nothing to fix the prob just stole my $100. They/he are from Lone Oak, Texas (903)... When I asked for his return address he just ignored my emails. Then BLAKE PHAGAN says I asked him too late like a month later. He has not bend over backwards anyway just sent me this crap. I then claimed on paypal not as described, when claimed he just posted his message that its month later and escalated the claim so I didnt get to respond!!! Paypal has done nothing but go towards his side. The appeal didnt go as they just mention 'he accurately represented the item(s) in
question.'. Thats BS, I just reported his to the bay. Now im just looking to find if theres a way I can get my money back.

Im out $100, he is a LIER and a Theif stole my $. DONT BUY from this fkin phisy seller!
