Tiger Direct Alert!!

**CALL**CALL**CALL**

PriceWatch, a website that offers links to low-priced computer and electronics products and discount electronics retailers, has begun to carry ads for Tiger Direct products. Some of TD's dissatisfied and mistreated customers started to surface in the retailer's reviews there, which brought the buyers rating for them down to 1 and a half stars.

Now, TD appears to be launching a campaign whereby they get proxies to send in positive reviews to boost their ratings at PriceWatch. It's quite probable that those proxies include company employees.

For any and all who read this and have suffered at the hands of Tiger Direct: dig out one of your Tiger Direct invoice numbers, go to PriceWatch and submit a review of the company to counteract their strategies.

Don't let them get away with this! If anyone thinks this message is important enough, please bump it to keep it in the limelight.

2. I would point out that Tigerdirect.com has a rating here at RR of 7.57/10 at present. Avg. store rating at present is 7.43/10. Therefore TD has a just above the avg. rating here.

I noticed the double posting shortly after it occured and sent a msg to webmaster to eliminate the other message.

Regardless of these stats, I have my own documented experiences from which to draw, and I conducted a search throughout the web -- by no means exhaustive -- that turned up hundreds of dissatisfied customers, most of whom reported the same treatment I received. I've followed all of the proper steps to address my complaints, and they were ignored.

I to have suffered at the hands of TD with their rebates.Followed all the hoops they required and still to this day have not received it. They have tried every trick in the book to not send it, telling me that it was for Canada only, had saved the web page and sent it to them in email to prove it wasn't just for
Canada and still being ignored by their people.
Will buy from them but not anything with rebated required to get the final price because you never get it with them.

Perhaps, Mr Gomez, in your spare time you could turn your attention to this ongoing problem within your company. I am personally promoting you to Director of Rebates so I expect answers forthwith.

I just wanna say, i order alot of parts online, and some of them come from tiger, and I have no problems what-so-ever. I do not work for them just to add.

I myself just stay away from anything with rebates. They still have low prices IMO.

Sorry, just had to put in my two cents....

Nor do i work for Tiger, and have purchased plenty from them and not a 1 problem. They have super fast shipping and competitive prices.

Good to see someone from Tiger here tryin solve problems. Keep up the good work.

I might add i try to stay away from the rebates too. They all seem pretty slow no matter who offers them.
