Canpoy Tents

If you are looking for shelter tents for use at art and craft shows, ticket booth or simply as a place to get away from bugs when camping, I have found three excellent companies. All three firms offered a variety of quality from the cheap to deluxe models.

Elitedeal, bobwhite and the Hutshop all received good ratings from the BBB, with the first two the best. I ordered my shelter tent from Hutshop, because they had one with four sides walls to it and had a better selection of accessories, than either Elite or bobwhite.

I was very pleased when the product arrived two days after I ordered it. Two days from Memphis with Federal Express, holly cow. I also selected this model because it is a one person set-up rather than two. I will use this item two weeks per year, so I selected an above average model rather than a low end one.

I had some miss-givings about a single person being able to erect this pop-up but after several set-ups by two humans, I was able to set-up by self by entering the unit and lifting the center support. I am very please by the over all performance of Hut Shop and especially the shipping of two days from Memphis to St. Paul, Minn.

I ordered four accessories of which two came with the tent and two later, in seven days. One mistake was made in this order, wherein a solid side wall curtain was shipped rather than the screen curtain sidewall. Also the "Pro Quality King Weight Bags" ( four for $50.oo) were IMHO of low quality.

More good news about EZ Up tents...

I lost a part about the size of a nickel, which holds the canopy and the frame together...This part can not be found locally, so I called the reseller..

They did not carry this part and ax me to call EZ Up directly...The gal at EZ Up said one would be ship out - FREE OF CHARGE!!!

BTW, the tent works very well!
