Rapirtech extended warranty terrible

I had a three-year extended warranty for a camera with Repairtech - the camera electronics went caput within the warranty. Repairtech refused to fix it, voiding the warranty because the sliding door mechanism, which worked fine, was bit sloppy, probably because I had taken thousands of picture with it. They described it as "damage" and said any damage voided the warranty.
Certainly compared with the kind of extended warranty you get from say Dell on a computer, which work really well, these guys are out to make money and avoid giving service.
