That is why I have no doubt that I will continue to buy at Globalmediapro

The day after posting my comments about Globalmediapro eshop, I received one e-mail in which they assumed a much more reasonable position to solve my problem.

I have to declare that I bought a total of about US$ 7,500.00 in different equipments with them. Everything arrived in time, everything arrived well, and, most important for me, they gave me the best price. And there is also one important thing that I do not want to forget: I payed them, always, by wire transfer and their online process to follow the payments and orders was really very efficient and transparent.

I feel sorry for the problem I had and that originated my post, but fellows, take care not to generalize and stay tuned not to serve, ingenuously, the game of commercial war.

That is why I have no doubt that I will continue to buy at Globalmediapro.

Globalmediapro

Globalmediapro has made contact with me, asked me to retrack my statement in exchange for my refund. Dispute settled.

globalmediapro = legal grifting

Last month I bough online a HDV camera, 1000 euros + 200 delivery. The web-page estated "3-4 days to arrive to Spain by DHL". One month later it's arrived by FedEx, and I must pay some 400 euros duty and taxes. If I had known about the bonus, I would have calculated and bought a cheaper cam, as 1200 euros was all my capital (and kind'a a loan), or would have bought somewhere else, or perhaps would have gone on a trip to, say, Israel.

Well, anyway, I'm going to try to find someone to lend me the extra (I'll have to grift somebody into lending it ;-), nevertheless, imo, it's not fair trade what the New Zealand-russian lobby at Global-Media-Pro are doing. It would be fairer to estate the extra cost in their advertizements. I'm sure you heard about the crisis going on right now; it's just hundreds of thousands of orgs like Global Media Pro, doing that crap, all the time. as everybody does it, nobody cares, it's the standard.

When one realizes about this, well, one realizes that globalmediapro are just common grifters, you know, good guys, they don't kill nobody, they don't do no wars, they just want money, and are clever enough to find an easy way to get it.

If money regulated everything, then crap and all the (censored word) stuff the agencies we pay to do, wouldn't be needed. okay, we would be grifted alot, but the world would be a much better place to live in. No cia, no bullying, no guantanamo, no middle-east conflict, no powerful people controlling the grifters as a way to control the masses... it would be awesome!

So I am glad I have been grifted by globalmediapro :-)

Handcrank is infamous around these parts
****Avoid at all Costs****

Globlmediapro has a very reasonably priced battery for the RED ONE. After hesitating because of their low rating, I bought the battery. However, the process is far from pain free and their customer service is appalling.

Here are the big problems:

1: Reaching Customer Service and Inquiries. Globablmediapro's customer service model leaves alot to be desired. If you have any questions at all about their products that cannot be found on their website you must first register with their website and then you actually have to ORDER the product. Just to make contct. Unlike 99% of most retailers, they have no listed phone number (or call center, as they refer to it.) Their website also lists no email addresses, you know, to make inquiries much easier.

After some serious searching, I found an email address (through an outside party) sales@globalmediapro.com.

2: Getting a seeming straight answer was impossible. Here is the gist of my question. "What kind of DC power-out receptacle does you Li190S Lithium ion Battery use?" I needed this info so I could have a cable made to power a RED ONE. I had to ask this simple question six different ways before I gave up asking globablmediapro. Once again, I had to go to another source for this information. By the way, it is called a "P Tap."

3: After making delivery of the Batter Charger, I discovered that the charger is set up to work in European Nations, not North America. After trying to contact and being ignored by Globalmediapro, 3 times over a period of going on two weeks, I have given up. Avoid this outfit like the black plague.

The only way I can interpret this is as an idle threat. What court sytem would they use to sue you? US? New Zealand? HOW would they know who you are here at resellerratings? Maybe if you actually slandered them, they might have some sort of case - but normal word of mouth? No one could sue over that!

Just the fact that they would make threats like this turns me off.

I placed an order at globalmediapro

Hello guys,

Few days ago I placed an order at globalmediapro.com

My status is updated so it seems the payment has arrived.
True, they changed the shipping date to 1-2 weeks for the JVC GY-HM100 camcorder and kept the other ones (wide angle lens, light etc) 4-5 days but I guess it is fine as they didn't promise the 3-4 days (it was on the website, as estimated delivery time to Belgium but I had the feeling it will be more as I live far from there).
So I am waiting for my things to arrive and I can update you later.

So back soon.

And here I am again.

I have received everything!!! They all came today so basically it took a week with bank transfer included as I sent the money on sunday to their bank. One small thing, that the power cable for the cam is US standard but I have plenty of those cables at home so no problem at all. It cost few euros anyway. And the wide angle lens includes a macro lens as well so it was a nice surprise.
I recorded the unpacking of the camera so I will upload it to youtube tonight.
If somebody has any kind of question it is better if you write it to my personal email as I dont always check this forum.
tmotorola@hotmail.com

Thomas

PS: and I even screwed up the order reference number on the bank transfer as I wrote the whole sentence instead of the number only. But good work guys. Thanks a lot again.
The products what I bought: JVC GY-HM100 with 3 additional batteries and 2x16Gbyte memory cards, wide angle lens, UL-12LED5600 light and Mack warranty. 3150,00 Euros together.
