I made the transaction two days ago. They gave me an order number and I printed the invoice for my records. I was waiting for my package to arrive. Yesterday I got an email from them asking me to call them.
The message had these lines:
"Thank you for your order. Your order number is: xxxxx. This email is to confirm receipt of your online order with us. For your security, please call 1-800-772-0136, Option #3 to provide a verbal confirmation so that we can ship out your order. If you have already called and confirmed your order, you may disregard this request."
With that I thought it was OK to call them which I did this morning. It was a headache. A guy by name Jason who said is the video supervisor offered me another camera of different brand and model than the one I wanted. When I refused it he was rude and insisted that I should buy it because of all the "free" accessories they want to include with the camera. I refused it again and he said the order was cancelled. I had to call my bank and ask for a new credit card to avoid this people to touch my money. My best advice: FLEE FROM THEM WHILE YOU CAN!!
