ITOvernight.com - just strange, maybe defunct, maybe a scam

I do not think itovernight.com is a real company, their voice
mail is a generic telco message box, I have never had an response to vmail or email queries about the status of my shipment. My experience was exactly the same as a resellerratings post, nothing charged, nothing shipped, no communication. The owner of the itovernight.com domain is an individual
by the name of Randy Mayall of the same address as listed on the ITovernight.com wesite. The domain was only created in Jan 2007 and registered for 1 year. I received no product and thankfully had no credit card charge. I'm not sure if these guys are just vacuuming up personal info. But, I had my credit card reissued because I may suspicions of this seller.

I'm real sorry you had trouble with our company.

We have had several start up issues.

The phone issue is being addressed as well as customer service.

We are not a scam just a spin off of another company.

If things are not fixed in the next couple weeks I will pull the plug on it until a time when we can devote more time.

I have sent numerous emails, filled out the contact form on the site many times and left messages on the same telco line many times ... no replies.

I had placed an order for overnight shipping on 7/24/07. I NEED TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE ON THIS.

I want to cancel this order since it has not been paid for but need confirmation on that so I can order elsewhere because I need the products I ordered!@!

This is THE worst experiences I have ever had with any online store purchase.

Tools, if you used plastic and I hope you did, then call the bank and tell them you lost your card and need a new account. This company only sell eighteen items in the software category. I would would think there are much better etailers available than this one, guys.
