The Sprint Xperience

I've had sprint for 2 years now, and I haven't really had a problem with them. Other then the call service center located in India, or something to that affect, that can't understand what your trying to say, and you can't understand what the hell they're trying to say. But I found out if you ask to talk to someone who speaks english, they normally transfer you to somewhere in the states.
But the service is really good around here. I have to go to some remote locations for work, and 90% of the time I have great reception. Which is way better then Alltel(at least around here.)

I guess it just really depends on where you are located...

Location had nothing to do with my experience. I wasn't even able to get my phone "re" activated. It was sent to me disconnected since they canceled the original credit card authorization and then wanted to charge me twice the original invoice and then marked my account for non-payment. No one at Sprint was able (or willing) to correct the issue.

Sorry Killer, but compare to Verizon, my present server, Print has all to many areas which it does not transmit from.

had no real problems with sprint and been with them for a no.of years now .
only problem we had was with a new katana phone the wife got last month. took 3 phones to get one that worked .and that i blame on the phone manuf.
first one keep dropping calls. 2nd replacement the mic was placed wrong in the unit or was just bad . tryed to get them to let us change to a diffrent model after the 2nd bad unit. sprint wouldn't do and did piss me off . but after the 3rd unit arrived this phone works fine. I buy the warrienty thats sprint offers. if you should need a replacement phone before your contracts up. they rape you and this go's for all cell phone company. also keep in mind that new phones come with a 1 year warrianty from the manufacture. but you have to send it to them. and they dont offer you loaners .

No surprises here reading the complaints regarding Sprint. Every single person I know who has had them at some point or another, myself included, has absolutely hated it. I hate Verizon (my present carrier) but compared to Sprint it's a day at the beach.
