Big reputation radio specialist won't answer e-mails.
I don't know if this how they provide service after the
sale or not, but buyer beware.

If you are talking about the C. Crane Company Inc.. I'm surprised. They are known as having execellent customer service. But then, this is the weekend and most companies don't reply to emails except during normal business hours.

C.Crane still unattentive
My first request was not on a week-end, nor my follow-up a week later.
This is now two weeks later and still no reply.
As I said, "buyer beware".

Have you filed a complaint with the BBB?

If you are so worried about non response via email why don't you pick up your phone and call C.Crane direct at: (800) 522-8863
Duhhh....instead of bitching like a little baby. CCrane rocks. Not sure what your problem was, but obviously you seem like the type who's just a "complainer" anyhow....

| Actually the troll did make a point, crude as it was. Calling, instead of emailing, might have had a better response. Perhaps CCrane's spam filter may inadvertedly dumped the OP's emails.
