Avoid Wise Tronics
Shopping for a Sony HC38.
WiseTronics shows $259.99 on their home page and shows in stock.
After read all the negative review on resellerratings.com, I like to giv ethem a chance and verify it is true. I ondered the HC38 online on 6/5/07, recieved a confimatin email. However, no phone called to me to confirm for 2 days.
Today is 6/7/07. I called the 800 number, pushed the order stautus button NO. 3 . I was put on hold for 30 minutes. The sales finally pick up the phone, and told me it is not in stock and will take 5 to 8 weeks. It is apprently the same game they play for last 10 years among all the stores closed on Sat.
Basically, if you do not intend to buy over priced accessaries or outrageous proced extended warraty, there will be nothing in stock for you. Why it closed on Sat not Sunday? I was told that is Jewish Holiday.
I know this will be the result. However, just want to confirm Wise Tronic is the black store.
