If they're basing the ratings solely on the websites themselves,it really isn't that accurate or useful to consumers.You can have the best website in the world,but if your products and customer service are bad it'll catch up to you in the end.
Not to hard to figure out why Netflix was high.. that is due to the nature of their product is easy to handle and they can duplicate them at will. Always in stock, easy to ship!
