I concur, I would not use them. No contact info on the site, I won't deal with any company that does not list a physical address and phone number on their website. That I can verify. However, since they take VISA, if the sale goes south or the goods are not as promised then you can do a charge-back. Since they list no contact info except for the e-mail you shouldn't have any problem with the CC company over the dispute.
For example,
1. Sale goes bad or goods not as promised.
2. You send them a few e-mails, keeping copies. They don't respond.
3. You file a complaint with the BBB who will get back to you in 30 days. They don't respond.
4. You file dispute with CC company, you have 60 days. Who checks with the BBB about your claim.
5. You get your money back and they (Omarskicks) have to pay back your CC company, plus the processing fees.

6. It costs you some time, your CC company losses some time, the BBB losses some time. It costs none of you (yourself, CC company, and BBB) a penny. They (Omarskicks) gets another BBB complaint and a small fee.
The only problem I foresee is if they (Omarskicks) are stealing CC numbers, and since they have already been in operation for two years, I don't see that as a problem. Hence, 'some caution' if
anyone else chooses to give them a try. Someone else may be willing to take that small risk, and then we would have more info. And there is always the chance that Omarskicks will learn to deal with its customers better. Hell, they may even read this.
EDIT:
frostbitetwice,
Click on the 'Quick Links' tab and scroll down and click on the 'Who's Online' link once in awhile. You'd be surprised how many merchants read these threads. They use usernames that you can ID. Ex. 'newegg', 'memorysuppliers', 'monarch', etc...
In fact, at present (05-25-2007 10:56 AM) there are;

Point is that this website works to not only warn the consumer, but also works to warn the merchants, and the scammers.

It's somewhat of a trade-off in the merchant/scammer area.
