I'd have to disagree, at this time. The court listings I gave above are for a county court, not a Federal Court. Bankruptcy can only be filed in Federal Court.(PACER) [I'll look into that in the next few days.]

Boxlight.com and AbsoluteHD.com have no complaints with the BBB in the last 36 months. The three rating pages I provided in a above post give Projector.com, a 4/5 rating. So I am at a loss as to why even bring the 4 reviews at RR up, they are a year old after all.
I will state that due to dpascoe's actions (see below quotes), that I would advise some caution when dealing with any of these company's: Boxlight.com, AbsoluteHD.com, and Projector.com.

I have only been registered at resellerratings for a short time. In that time I've asked a couple of questions, and the staff (Lara RR in both cases) provided timely, professional answers to my questions.

In addition, resellerratings as a whole provides a VERY valuable service. It is not usually possible for an individual to win an argument with a big corporation when the argument is in private. By providing a public forum for such disputes, resellerratings is helping the consumer community as a whole.

Everything I have read and experienced so far leads me to believe that resellerratings is just interested in accurately reporting cases, and providing statistics that aid in future purchasing decisions.

Thanks for looking into this. Apparently, the information that the State has is incorrect. Herb originally founded Boxlight in California then moved and registered with the State of Washington 12/4/1996 (I have a copy of the certificate and court documents, if required).

Projector.com was owned by Stephen Schramke from 2004 - 2007. Herb purchased Projector.com and AbsoluteHD and took full ownership February 2007.

I'm not sure where they got this information, but it is not correct.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But, wouldn't someone at Projector.com/Boxlight.com/AbsoluteHD.com have had to provided the BBB with this current information.
