I apologize about all the inconvenience this order has caused you. I have checked through the Live Chat History, which occurred at the following times and dates:
February 20: 1:43AM Central Time
February 21: 2:20AM Central Time
February 22: 10:23PM Central Time
During the times that you have contacted us Kevin is usually assigned to those shifts, however at times Jason may also be assigned.
Merchandise that you have ordered by mistake has been received back on February 18, and exchanged for the correct merchandise. A refund for the difference in merchandise has been issued back to the paypal account. All took place as per our terms, which are also outlined in our RMA FAQs:
How long does it take MemorySuppliers.com to process RMA for exchange?
- Generally it will take 2-3 business days to ship out new merchandise once the RMA is received.
