Good Morning Nate,

I apologize about all the inconvenience this order has caused you. I have checked through the Live Chat History, which occurred at the following times and dates:

February 20: 1:43AM Central Time
February 21: 2:20AM Central Time
February 22: 10:23PM Central Time

During the times that you have contacted us Kevin is usually assigned to those shifts, however at times Jason may also be assigned.

Merchandise that you have ordered by mistake has been received back on February 18, and exchanged for the correct merchandise. A refund for the difference in merchandise has been issued back to the paypal account. All took place as per our terms, which are also outlined in our RMA FAQs:

How long does it take MemorySuppliers.com to process RMA for exchange?
- Generally it will take 2-3 business days to ship out new merchandise once the RMA is received.


I would gladly discuss our RMA Process in full detail and go through each line from your Live Chat conversation with Kevin to rectify any misunderstanding.

Thanks to all for posting about your dealings with this company. I was thinking about placing an order for a $300+ SSD but came across this thread before I did. Sorry that you all had such a horrible experience with Memory Suppliers dot com. I guess running this type of company is less work than acting as a more legitimate retailer. I think I will order my SSD directly from the manufacturer in China. Again, thanks for posting your experiences and saving others from months, if not years, of aggravation and possibly out-right fraud.
