I wasn't too impressed with them either. Ordered a sd card a couple of months ago and they sent me a defective one. Asked for refund. Instead of happily agreeing, they apologized and said they would replace it with new one.
Ok, I went for it. I sent in defective product, and instead of sending a new in package working product, I think they sent the defective one off and had it fixed. (hafta be patient, they are about the slowest online vendor I ever ordered from)...Instead of 3 day turn around like their site says, it was another two weeks.
In addition, I had to pay postage, and on their site, it says they will pay for rma postage. I was really pissed with them, but let it go... until I came across this thread which reminded of them.
