STAY AWAY FROM UNBEATABLESALES.COM

A warning to all members here, stay away from unbeatablesales.com . I am going through a nightmare with them right now. I placed an order for over $500 on February 19th 2007, they emailed me a week later and told me my purchase was on backorder until the end of April! I kindly asked for a refund and they said if I waited I could get 10% off, I told them no and to send a refund. I have since called them 5 times, talking to someone twice and both times telling me I would get a call back, and emailed 5 times to have no reply or refund sent. I finally did a charge back on my credit card. Again I warn everyone to stay away from unbeatablesales.com they are a horrible business.

Just beat, just beat, beat, beat, beat aka Micheal Jackson

Sellourstuff, there are four Very Dissatisfied reports now make it five. All four, including yours, have the same MO delay, delay and more delay. Maybe this outfit (misfit) is run by lawyers. Or maybe they are waiting to have their CC approved so they can order your order.

This is about the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business wit

They are using Amazon to make money on shipping costs & on returns. Not only that, they are incredibly rude.

BUYER BEWARE ! ! !

For myself, I like to shop and even more online. I have purchased items through e-retailers suchs as eBay, Amazon, CDUniverse, Walmart.com, Buy.com, and many more. This was the first time I have purchased something through PriceGrabber.com with UnbeatableSale.com. Unfortunately, my experienced was one of the worst that I have had in my life. They first had told me the item was backordered until September '07, and gave me the option to cancel the order, which I did. I originally called them because I wanted for them to charge freight to my company's account. Then a few days later they contacted me (UnbeatableSale.com's CSR "Amanda Torsiello) saying, we are sorry, but we did have the item in stock and went ahead and shipped it to you and charge my credit card with the total costs of the item and $18 of freight! (Which is funny because I ship medium sized packages all the time at my work and all we charge is $8 to $10)I had to pay one of my untility bills previously which made me overdraft 5x times! Now I owe my bank over $250 dollars! I had called Unbeateablesale.com to return the package but they said they were unable to provide me a refund check. I had spoken with two rude CSRs, then I asked for them to transfered me to the CSR Manager's "Tonian Williard", which she also was very rude, unhelpful, unprofessional (And should be demoted). As a Customer Service Representative myself I will never buy from Unbeatablesale.com and I will very strongly as a valued customer that Pricegrabber.com should not endorse or promote any of UnbeatableSale.com's products or services. Sincerely, Eddie Castro (A disappointed customer).

As long as you get your money back...

I would think that as long as you received a refund there isn't much to complain about. And as for getting anything back from Amazon, I learned a long time ago to just see whom Amazon is using and order directly from them. And, as hard as it is to believe, the s/h is exactly the same as what Amazon charges.

I have always found Unbeatable Sales great to deal with - both in emails and their live customer service people.

And as far as billing the freight charges to the company where you work, is that legal? It must have been a heck of a charge to have cause THAT much damage in your checking account. I guess having your company pay your freight charges is just bad karma.

talk about bad

I purchased a telescope for my son. not only did it take me 3 months to get it, when we received it parts were missing,i live about 1/2 hour from there "corporate offices" I spoke to someone in c.s who said I could bring it to them and them would credit me instead of mailing it back. I tried 4 times to return this broken item they were closed for 2 days for a jewish Holiday
(which noone told me about when I called the day before) they are not open on saturday which I found odd and on the 4 day I got there about 8:55 I was told they open a 9:00 only to sit it my car for 45 minutes (along with their employees) waiting for someone to open the door.

Not how I would do business

The Jewish sabbath is on Saturday. Jewish owned businesses often are closed Saturdays for that reason. To be more specific, sabbath begins at sundown, Friday and ends at sundown Saturday.
