I would never place an order through RedTagMarket again. I placed an order with them to purchase a CD from their auction on Ebay. Their delivery statement was posted as "delivery within 5-10 days (5 average)."
I waited 11 days and I still had not received my CD nor a tracking number for shipment, so I sent RedTagMarket an email through Ebay where I had made my purchase.
Here is my email and their reply.
Dear redtagmarket,
Hello, I paid for a CD ordered on Ebay and I paid using Paypal through Ebay on April 4, 2008. The payment was deducted from my checking account by Paypal on April 5, 2008. I received an email thanking me for my payment from you. When will my item be shipped? It has been 11 days since you received payment. Please respond and if the item has been shipped send me a tracking number.

Their reply....
Thank you for contacting Customer Service.
I‘ve personally checked on the status of your order, and I apologize for the delay. Your item has not yet shipped due to an error in our inventory.
Please be assured that your item will ship as soon as it becomes available. I anticipate this will be in a few days but may take up to 1-2 weeks depending on restocking. If you’d prefer to cancel your order immediately and receive a full refund, I’d be happy to begin that process for you right now, just let me know. I appreciate your understanding and once again, apologize for our error and the inconvience it has caused you.

Thank you for writing back. If Redtagmarket.com didn't have the item in stock then it should not have been placed up for sale on Ebay. I don't want to wait 2 more weeks for this CD, so yes; please cancel this order immediately and give me a refund back to my to my paypal account.

I do apologize that we were not able to fulfill this order for you. This item was in stock as listed. Our inventory changes by the minute and was not current when your order hit our system. I have requested a full refund for your item. Please allow a few days for this to be processed.

I say BALONEY... I still don't believe that the item was in stock. They did however refund my money back to my Paypal account the very next day after my request for a refund, so I am happy about that.
If my memory serves me right, I did order a CD from them within the last year but I had forgotten about it. I did receive that CD but it took 3 weeks to the day for it to be delivered to me.
Two days after refunding my money back to me through PayPal, I received another email from RedTagMarket. They sure don't seem to know what they are doing. I won't be a repeat customer. Check out the email below.

If our system showed that it did ship, and you do end up receiving your
item(s) in the upcoming days/weeks (USPS has been known to sometimes
deliver items up to 2 months after we shipped it out!), we ask you for
your honesty and to repay us for the item(s) we refunded you but that
you did end up receiving. Please just email us letting us know and we
can let you know how to pay for them.
If you receive them in the mail, you can also mark "RETURN TO SENDER"
on the envelope and it will be returned to us free of charge.
