UPDATE:
I finally recieved the product on the 28th, with the 28th being 13+ days of shipping involved with an original statement of 5-7 days to ship. The DVD case came cracked in the ultra thin gray mailer envelope the company used.

I'd have to be considered one of the 400 people a month that gets burned or forgotten by this company. Would I shop there again?. Probably not.

No replies to email(s).
5-7 days to ship actually means = before the company gets off their ass and puts it in the mailbox.
No guarantee of actual shipping delivery date, because the tracking system on their site doesn't reflect real world values.
Ultra thin mailer envelopes won't keep product from being damaged.

Red Tag Market

On Monday I purchased from RedTagMarket, thru ebay..
For some reason I can't use ebay check-out. Everthing goes thru Channel Adviser. I suppose there products are ok...but their (RedTagMarket), Customer Service "STINKS".
I've tried to contact them to pay for the purchase, since for some reason I can't use PayNow w/PayPal via Channel Adviser. I just won't open. I've sent 11 emails asking them to call me or give me their snail mail address for a check. I've contacted Ebay Customer Support, and was given their phone number,.......a RECORDING No one to ANSWER ???? The message states,"All inquiries must and will be handled thru EMAIL".

Most companies would kill to have a customer beating a path to the door to pay for an item purchased.

Oh well , after 2 days of numerious emails to Sarah from Red Tag Market....I'm still waiting to pay for my purchase They just won't provide me with a avenue to have them accept my money!

Hopefully Ebay will intervien and ask them to contact me. All I get from Red Tag Market is a generic response to email, teelling me to use their "checkout" link............WHICH I CAN"T GET TO WORK !!!!!

I'm still having trouble receiving an item that I won on Ebay from them over a month ago! And this constant back and forth email crap is bullshit! Any company that doesn't provide a telephone number for customer service is shady, in my opinion. They just know how badly they suck and they don't want to have a true customer service department handling all of the complaints from the dissatisfied customers, THAT is why they don't have a phone number!

I would highly suggest that no one uses this redtagmarket company ever again because they steal your money and don't send you the items that you purchased. I'm sorry that I ever got mixed up with them, I wish I could just get my money back. I'm disgusted with the entire situation at this point!

I would never order from RedTagMarket again

I would never place an order through RedTagMarket again. I placed an order with them to purchase a CD from their auction on Ebay. Their delivery statement was posted as "delivery within 5-10 days (5 average)."

I waited 11 days and I still had not received my CD nor a tracking number for shipment, so I sent RedTagMarket an email through Ebay where I had made my purchase.

Here is my email and their reply.

Dear redtagmarket,

Hello, I paid for a CD ordered on Ebay and I paid using Paypal through Ebay on April 4, 2008. The payment was deducted from my checking account by Paypal on April 5, 2008. I received an email thanking me for my payment from you. When will my item be shipped? It has been 11 days since you received payment. Please respond and if the item has been shipped send me a tracking number.

Their reply....

Thank you for contacting Customer Service.

I‘ve personally checked on the status of your order, and I apologize for the delay. Your item has not yet shipped due to an error in our inventory.

Please be assured that your item will ship as soon as it becomes available. I anticipate this will be in a few days but may take up to 1-2 weeks depending on restocking. If you’d prefer to cancel your order immediately and receive a full refund, I’d be happy to begin that process for you right now, just let me know. I appreciate your understanding and once again, apologize for our error and the inconvience it has caused you.

I say BALONEY... I still don't believe that the item was in stock. They did however refund my money back to my Paypal account the very next day after my request for a refund, so I am happy about that.

If my memory serves me right, I did order a CD from them within the last year but I had forgotten about it. I did receive that CD but it took 3 weeks to the day for it to be delivered to me.

Two days after refunding my money back to me through PayPal, I received another email from RedTagMarket. They sure don't seem to know what they are doing. I won't be a repeat customer. Check out the email below.

EBAY SELLER WHO IS WORTHLESS

Several attempts have been made to RedTagMarket through Ebay and no replies have been made. I had a few questions about items they were selling.
Without an answer about a product for sale why would I bother to make a purchase. BUYER BEWARE AFTER READING ALL THE BAD COMMENTS !

Another ripped off customer

I purchased 2 DVDs listed on Ebay as being in stock. I received an email from Red Tag Market just days later stating that the items were not in stock, but I could cancel my order and receive a full refund. I did just that--the very same day, however, they only gave me a partial refund. I made several attempts to contact Red Tag Market with no response. About one week later, I received an email stating that my items had shipped. The DHL tracking number they gave me was bogus. I waited exactly one month before contacting them again (wanted to make sure they could not say that the items were still en route). I am waiting for 4 more days before I contact the BBB and the Charlotte North Carolina news stations. It's a smallish city---they love to hear about local businesses and I'm willing to talk. I told my husband, they messed with the wrong B*&$h. This Mommy wants the Baby Bumblebee DVDs that she ordered for her toddler! In all seriousness, I will be their worst nightmare until I get my money back. No more. They have robbed enough people.
