I'm with frostbitetwice, if a shop is PayPal only, they probably don't have good credit and can't get a real merchant account. Plus I do not like PayPal and their business practices.

My company it financially responsible, we have our own merchant account, D&B listed, and a BBB member with a great record and I expect nothing less from a company I buy from.

More good points, Cornstalk. I do not even know if one can do a charge back using PP, CC's.

Moreover, EVERONE, knows the internet is ripe with fraud, so it is the consumers responsibility to ensure that the merchant they are dealing with is reputable.

Furthermore, the test is to email and ax three to four questions. Many times they are to lazy to respond and it may in the process save you a lot of money and time.

Had the posters in this thread use a major CC, there would be no thread of the dead (Nearly Flawless Computers).
