At this point,do we even know if this guy even has a house of his own?Pretty much anything he says is suspect now.And he's the one who put the phone number on his site.Seems to me his family should coming down on him,not the customers he's ripping off.

I am just posting here to let you know that Brian Smith also ripped me off. ANd I read through the entire thread, but no one mentioned this.

Brian's mother and girlfriend both informed me that Brian is IN JAIL.

Yep, Brian Smith is incarcerated right now, for driving without a license.

In an effort to help all of us get our money back, here is all the contact info I have:

I am happy to join any effort to sue the pants off Brian Smith.

By the way, when I ordered my desktop, I searched the BBB and here and reseller ratings.com and read many rave reviews, I did my homework. I feel so stupid and he took all my money!

I ordered an APEX desktop, by the way.

I ordered a $2389 desktop from Smith on 2-15-07 via credit card. Within the next day or two Smith emailed that he could not accept my card but instead, I could send him a check and he would deduct a $100 from my total. I said no, cancel the order. By return email, Smith said OK. That's the last I heard from him. He did however, withdraw the $2389 from my credit card account a few days later.

I wonder how much of what's on that page we can believe?Did you catch the message in the comments section from a friend about a missing computer?I can can just imagine the kind of comments are going to pop up on it now!

i thought that at first, but apparently that guy is on his friends list, so i'm assuming the comment was a joke

and some of the info on that myspace also coincide with this post, i think that italian guy is legit, I had some conversations with him while we were deciding who to buy from

i believe you have to be on the friend's list to leave a comment, so there won't be any myspace comments filled with complaints

also if you check out one of his pictures, one of them is a wanted poster from when he got in trouble when he was younger

He couldn't have been too much younger,if he's only 22.And apparently he hasn't learned his lesson yet!
I read that Italian guy's post,and it struck me how similar it was to what some people were saying about Monarch when that whole mess started,it seems some people just can't admit they've been had,they go into denial and can't believe they've been ripped off.For God's sake,look at the guy's record.He doesn't seem to be a stranger to trouble with the law,he tells one conflicting story after another,and more dissatisfied customers pop up each day.It gets frustrating seeing people allow themselves to be cheated like this.
