Not sure how it works with credit card payment through PayPal,the chargeback might go through your actual credit card provider,which would offer a much better chance for success.

If you paid by credit card through paypal, it's better to call your card company and dispute the charge than to go through paypal.

Well still not a penny or a word from him, just figured i'd update everyone on that, and going about it the legal way takes forever. But, at least in the end i will get somewhere with this.

I understand how upset you can get, I would be the same, but since he doesn't live here and hasnt more a month, so stop bugging us. WE ARE WORKING ON THE SITUATION TRUST ME.

Corncobish....I am sorry that you have been drug into this but there are several of us that have not heard from Brian for some time and that is what I find most upsetting. Some have taken the only recourse they could see by contacting the only phone number anyone would answer. Could you at least give us an idea of what we can expect?

Thats exactly what Brian told me. The calls will probably keep coming until your son works out his scams. How would you feel if you ordered something, paid thousands of dollars, and then the company did not give you a product nor a refund? Sorry, the calls will keep coming by disgruntled customers until the money is refunded.
