Wow, lol i can't help but laugh at him. It's to bad hes such a genius to leave his mothers phone number on his website. Gives us a good way to track him down.
Anyway i filed with IC3 and all that other good stuff. So, don't anyone get me wrong that reads this i'm not saying he's a criminal or anything, innocent until proven guilty.

Think ill try sending a email to the problem solvers to here on fox 2. they always get results in situations like this.
Because this guy just seems to love to play games.

I called Sager and the guy on the phone said I have a 1 year warranty under Sager. This is because Brian put in his own parts into the laptop. I could get 3 years if it was all Sager parts. Sager doesn't cover the ram/cpu/hdd since Brian put those in, if those go bad I have to pay for the parts myself.

I ordered my laptop with a three year warranty, but now I see I will only get 1 year (if Flawless goes down). I didn't pay anything extra to get a three year warranty (the upgrade from 1 year standard to 3 years was zero $). I am miffed that I don't have a three year warranty though.

I might be interested in taking some action against him.

here's another thread that goes further into this issue.

Flawmore Computer only mistake was not to offer "Costco" like warranty.

Somehow I doubt it,considering all the reviews that were pulled. It just seems to fit this guy's M.O.Some of the experiences described by customers seems to paint a picture of a small time operator who got in over his head, and showed zero class when things started falling apart.

Apparently 2 people who wrote positive reviews were not paid by Brian.

Do we get to know why the positive reviews were pulled?

Well, add me to the list of the people that are waiting on flawless to either give me money or give me a laptop lol. I am not sure I have more of a leg to stand on I have paypaled the money to Brian after he told me they were changing merchant services. I had no idea of this information until i did another google search for flawless to check things out.

As far as I know I am suppose to be getting my laptop in 1-3 days, but I haven't heard from Brian since I last emailed him yesterday.

Let me know any information you all have on this one. I would appreciate it.

Thanks
Glenn

I hate to say it,but PayPal is pretty much powerless when it comes to recovering money. The only way they can recover funds in a disputed charge is if the offending party has money in the account registered with PayPal.If they've already cleaned out the account, there's not much PayPal can do.Bottom line,I never do business online with any vendor that won't accept credit card payment.

I did use a credit card through paypal so it wasn't a money transfer. So it would either go through paypal as a charge back or my bank as a charge back to paypal. I hope it all works out in the end though.
