If you have evidence that they acknowledged receiving the money and said they were issuing a refund, then you have evidence for court. You may be able to file small claims in your own city and force them to have to come to you to defend themselves. That would get you a refund quick I would think, but you would need to take them to court I imagine.

I don't think going to the local police would do you much good, but you could call your local prosecuting attorney office and see if they can give you some tips and let you know if you can file small claims where you live.

If it is Internet related you could report them here http://ic3.gov/ but I don't know if it would do you any good in this case other than reporting it so they can collect data on them.

Not sure when you ordered from them but thier address is different than what is listed on the website. When I sent my payment I sent it certified mail so I know they got it and the address was correct.

If things don't change I plan on contacting Aurora PD since that is where Flawless is located. Also the better business bureau there.

Whenever you enter into a dispute with a merchant I would suggest contacting the BBB and filing a complaint with them first. Most complaints filied with the BBB are resolved in 30 days, the BBB is not a legal authority and will work as a mediator in the dispute. Not only will this warn other consumers of possible problems with a company, it will also show that you tried in good faith to work out any dispute before filing a complaint with the legal authorites or your CC company (if you need to do a charge-back).

Filing complaints with the legal authorites ( local PD, State AG, or FEDS) should be your last resort. The amount of time law enforcement/courts need can stretch into months and even years. As already pointed out, if your money is not returned (those of you that did not use a CC) will have to take this to small claims court. Note that even if you win a judgement the court will not get you your money back. You have to collect the money on your own through other means, wage garnisment, collection agency's, etc...

It also wouldn't hurt to leave a review here at RR either. You can go back and edit any comments you leave at a later time. This will also help let other consumers know what is going on with a merchant before doing buisness with them.

Very good advice !, nomaxim. In the long run it is better for consumers to be diligent than go through civil trial and collection.

I have no idea how good they are but after looking at their website i can build their dual core they have listed at 1329. for 638.83 and have even better parts than they put in it. If you go to hp site you can even get better deals there. I dont think this company will ever get to big, It takes more than a large web site to remain in business. Customer service is one and i dont think id like to call them with a problem seeing how the owner went off in the other thread.

Another is price and they are WAY over priced for what you are getting. IMHO they are just trying to go by odds. Enough people see your site someone will buy one sooner or later.

Funny how the owner had the time to threaten a slander suit in the other thread, but can't be bothered to respond here to complaints from paying customers,or to fix the trojan problem with his site.Anyone having problems with this company needs to post a review, right now anyone looking at their ratings would be unaware of this recent rash of problems.

im posting a review right now checked my mail and no money showed up.
I thought the samething funny he could comment on a trojan and write all that out but he can't answer a phone call or empty the company voice mail, or email anyone back. What a worthless waste of my time and money, i'm so sick of dealing with this for the last few days. You know maybe if he would actually reply on here or to one of us in a email or somethin.

I've about ran out of patience.......................................... .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...........................
