i don't call them a fraud. I just posted on here to see if there are other buyers out there having trouble or waiting forever on there orders or mad like me and wanting there money back.
I wouldn't even be barking about them if they would of gave me some form of tracking my money back to me. I asked for a refund wed, and they said it was done.
I over nighted them it cash money. i expected it back the sameway.
I had 1 "estimated" ship date. Then another "estimated" date , then was told i would have to wait another two weeks to get my machine. That's unacceptable period for anything.
So basicly last week has been chaos for me.
So i'm just staying all over this because like i said i save my and usually about every 4 years buy a new machine for work/school/gaming.
this is my first notebook, because i have a job now that requires it basicly.
So i guess next week here ill see if my money shows up at my door or my work place. I'll be more then happy to post whatever decent feedback just let people know there very slow.

Flawless - Just A Clevo
I like the way flawlesscomputer says "90% of large companies make their registration private" Like they are a "large" company. LOL
I think it is funny when people throw out statistics like that with no proof. LOL
I couldn't even find an address on their website.
I would never order anything from them. I hope you get your money back so you can go buy a Dell or try a Sager laptop.
Check this out: Clevo Guide Flawless Computers' Laptops are just Clevo Laptops like Sager, Falcon, Alienware, et. al.

Inquiry fee (includes the issuance of
a copy of a paid money order) 3.15
| You can find out when and where it was cashed, and who endorsed it.
You can therefore establish that payment was made. A USPS M/O carries no fraud protection, however.
What you can do;
1. Give them a reasonable amount of time to return the money, since the said they have already sent the refund, 7-10 days should be enough. Like you said next week.
2. If after next week, let's say by Sun. March 4, 2007, you have not received the refund. File a complaint with the BBB on Mon. March 5, 2007. The BBB will work as a mediator in this matter, (No Charge) to resolve this dispute; Quote: |
Your complaint will be forwarded to the company within two business days. The company will be asked to respond within 14 days, and if a response is not received, a second request will be made. You will be notified of the company's response when we receive it (or notified that we received no response). Complaints are usually closed within 30 calendar days.
| NOTE: The BBB is not a legal authority and has no legal power.
3. If you still have not received you refund after this you should then file a complaint with the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office at 303-795-4711. You may also want to contact the USPS Office of the Inspector General (OIG) at 1-888-877-7644.

I'll be more then happy to post whatever decent feedback just let people know there very slow. | I am in much the same situation as you. I ordered awhile ago, and it is now long past the estimated ship date. Like you, I don't necessarily think that Flawless is a fraud or anything like that, but the extreme wait is not only a pain but leaves me feeling very, very nervous. Is this the kind of wait I will have to expect if I ever have any trouble with my laptop? What's the reason for the wait, etc?
Luckily, I did pay with credit card. However, at this point I feel like I may want a refund just like you. I just don't feel very secure or at-ease with the whole transaction, and I don't feel like Flawless has done anything to allay my fears (though they were very helpful pre-order and I have heard great things about them). Maybe they are just swamped with orders?
Anyway, could anyone advise me on what to do? Should I just contact my credit card company and tell them my issues and ask for them to negotiate a refund? Or should I try to do it through Flawless first? Maybe I should wait a bit longer? I'm not really sure how to handle this, I've never been in this situation before, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the way I figure it, they are ordering the laptops and parts when they receive and order. Then they are either frying parts or receiving defective parts and the laptops don't work, so they have to put in another order to replace the part.
This is just speculation...

Peter,
Did you check the review for 2-15-07? Quote: |

Eh some guy just reviewed them calling them thiefs and stuff.
Well hopefully they redeem themselves this week and start shipping out peoples items and refunds.
Including mine, keep ya updated hopefully the money shows up tomorrow.
After this experience i'll just stick to newegg prebuilts, alienware, dell.
They might not be personal at all, and follow there crappy little protocals for whatever the problem is. But, at least i always know exactly what to expect from them companies, specially newegg which i never have any problems with returns, refunds etc etc.
Also i'm curious to speak to any of these reviewers that have gotten a machine from them?
