I read that Italian guy's post,and it struck me how similar it was to what some people were saying about Monarch when that whole mess started,it seems some people just can't admit they've been had,they go into denial and can't believe they've been ripped off.For God's sake,look at the guy's record.He doesn't seem to be a stranger to trouble with the law,he tells one conflicting story after another,and more dissatisfied customers pop up each day.It gets frustrating seeing people allow themselves to be cheated like this.

You know what's funny? the Italian guy wrote the reseller review BEFORE he received the laptop. That's how much in love he was with Brian's service. So it's not that suprising (to me anyway) that he's defending him.

With Brian's questionable past, and his cocky e-mail he sent to RR (i'm sure there are more e-mails too and i'd like to read them), i don't think i'm going to get any service from him after my 1 year warranty from the manufacturer expires. Since he has to support the 2nd and 3rd year of the warranty, that means i'll have to ship to him (his parents house), and I don't think that would be a good idea.

I just hope my laptop doesn't die after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

Some people said they were going to go to his parent's house, I can't wait for that update.

Hello Emo...i am the Italian Man you were talking about.
My review reflect exactly what really happened.
I cant be upset at Brian In any way.
I was in touch with him 4 times per week even after i received my system and other stuffs to home.
He did everything to me. And we agreed in everything.
I payd 2500$ and i received a flawless system...even cheaper than how could be cheaper ))
But doesnt matter the money...
He was great.He answered to all my questions LIVE, not as someone from powernotebook did...after some day with an email that was a ping pong between them and sager guys...to agree on what could be the solution on the inquires i have been asking to them

So no matter what is going on...and i guess things happens...i had a prerfect relation with Brian.

Now he have this problem and the only thing you all can do is to reach him...and wait for what he will be able to tell.
I repeat he isnt a fantom...and if u all are a men u can catch him.
Not speaking speaking and again speaking around.
By the way...as u spoke behind my shoulders ..u could also cacth me and say what u said about me also in NBR...i am always ready to answer with truth to everybody.
But this seems a game in wich everybody seems involved.

I am waiting for the guy living nearby the Brian's House.So lets look forward for his answers...

wow guys i been busy for the last few days lol i see were finally starting to get somewhere. ill get my messenger going again here too.
So should i contact that detective thats on there. i went threw all of aurora and all that crap they kept giving me the run around till i finally ended up at ic3 once again.

Anyway, correct he is in jail right now and I dont know WHAT is happening with your money. Calling my moms cell or the home phone will do you no good unfortunately. We have our own busy lives to live. We are waiting for Brians probabtion officer to let us know what is going on with all your money. Im sure when he knows, you all will know. You guys are too much! I wonder if this person,if he actually is related,represents the general the general attitude of the family towards the customers here - that they're "idiots" to be laughed at.The condensending,often hostile,tone of these responses towards people who have thousands of dollars on the line certainly doesn't encourage sympathy or trust.

No i didnt get any money from Brian.
The only things i got from him is my Flawless Clevo M570U and the best customer care relationship i have had in my 31 years of life.
