Craptastic Newegg AGAIN
Well looks like newegg cant stop making peoples experiences crappy, all i tried to do was get a tower for my new gaming rig and be ready for a tournament where i stand in the top 5 to win 5k. but due to neweggs horrible support and there inability to bill paypay yet offer it as a payment method has put me behind and probably wont be going now,
With each time i contacted customer support all they could ever tell me is " use a different payment method" when I've told them time and again I ONLY HAVE PAYPAL.
every time i was talking to them they would tell me to change payment method or I'm not "allowed" to buy from newegg. then they would disconnect and leave me at that, 4 attempts later and 6 days down the road still no case, nothing in the works, and never buying from newegg again ( FYI I've had the SAME EXACT problem 3 other times till i just said f it and payed twice the price at a local store.)
Thanks a lot Newegg for your crappy customer support hope others are not getting your crappy service.

Payment by PayPal does not yet show in Newegg's FAQ's. It does, however, show up during checkout with the following note; Quote:
Important:
Your order will not be processed if your shipping address does not match your PayPal confirmed address.
| Log into your account and run a trail buy, it will show up when you come to the payment options page.

it offers me paypal at checkout, when i enter the info for it and then it just sits there for days on "Step 1" none of the tech support tell me anything except " its an error on our end" ... so fix it?

Wow, that sucks.
I just received my LG DVD-RW today that I purchased using the PayPal option. Is your shipping addy the same on both PayPal and Newegg?
