Everyone has problems with online merchants at times, If you shop online alot sooner or later a problem is going to arise. What makes the difference is how you handle it. Dont be like me and almost go ballistic every time just because i didnt get my way...lol.
First always be polite and make sure you keep records of all calls or emails.
Also ask the person who you are talking to for their name, If you still feel you arent getting anywhere ask for a manager or supervisor. REMEMBER all this while be polite. Do your best to handle the situation like it was turned around, Those csr are on the phone with disgruntled customers 5 days a week for 8 hours or more a day.
Think of yourself in their shoes then try to think what THEY talk about on their lunch hour, Are you going to be the CALL they all talk about or are you going to be the one that the csr says i had a real nice conversation with a customer. Remember they are people just like us and most times are underpaid too.
If none of the above works then well you have records of everything try a last time then you always have the attorney general of that state to complain to and the BBB.
NOW all i have to do is follow my own advice all the time instead of just 75% of the time. I am glad you finally got your case shipped out, as i build for myself alot at least a new one every 3 months or so and i build for others i know what it is like to be sitting on the weekend waiting for something that should of been there friday. Your ready to start assembling and loading programs and tweaking it to see what it can do and me i do get excited about it at times when i think i am really making an upgrade. But mostly is just alot of fun i love to do it and i am very good at it ( at least i think so and most of my friends) so i will quit rambling and say usually or at least 98% of the time newegg is a great place to shop.
