For two and a half years, we have not had long distance service through the local telephone company as calling cards were so much cheaper (3.5c per minute, no connectivity charges, no telephone company add on fees, etc) I went to Sams Club as usual to add minutes, and nothing was posted as to the change by AT &T. However when I dialed an in state number, I found that as of Jan 8, AT &T without customer notification, had increased the per minute charge to 10.5c per minute for all in state calls.

Thanks to Sams for giving me a refund on the just purchased minutes but now I need another card. Any recommendations for card companies who give good service with low prices would be appreciated.
