Can anyone get through to Tiger Direct (Telephone)?

I haven't been able to get through to Tiger Direct for about 1 1/2 days. Yesterday I was on hold infinitely, now today my calls are being dropped after about 30 minutes...

All I want is to use the $37 credit I have with them and be on my way forever and ever.

Got thru to a live person in about 30 seconds. On the menu i pressed 1 for sales and then 1 for credit card then 4 for other.

I was pressing #2, then from there I think #2 again or maybe 4, don't remember. I thought I'd get through to someone eventually. Oh well.
