The domain is registered to a company in Canada. It has been registered since 2004. The address they give does verify via Microsoft Local Live and matches up to where they show their location as being on a map on their website. They also accept credit cards which of course is a benefit security wise for you.

I could not find any listing for any person or company at the address they listed and no listing for the phone numbers they provide on their website.

Which doesn't match what the website says;
