I live in Denmark and I never bought and I will never buy from this store and here it is why :
Monday morning I woke up and checked my balance on the bank and I saw a suspect transaction on my credit card :

Date of Purchase : 16/01/2007 (This did not show up on my balance until monday morning)
Well, I was thinking maybe was a mistake and I call the bank and tell them to take a look at it because I never bought from this company.
They will look into the problem and ask me if they should close my card and send me another one.
I told them to let it be and just check this maybe was a mistake in the system.
Next morning I check again the balance and surprise surprise !
On my account a new transaction from the same company :

I call the bank again and tell them to close my card and send me another one and try to see if I can get the money back as it was not me doing this transactions.
Then I wrote an e-mail to eforcity.com , provided them the details of the transaction and the number of the credit card used (that was by now closed)and asked them if they can provide me the shipping address for this 2 orders so I have a proof of the fraud.
Not so much for the money as it is not such a big amount but anyway I just wanted to see for myself where did they ship this to orders.
About 4 days later I receive an e-mail from the customer support :
"Dear Customer,
It is not possible that someone is using your credit card, because we don't accept international credit card for payment. Our system will automatically reject the credit card. Please check with your credit card company for more details.
Thank you for your email.
Swee
Customer Service"
How can they tell me the card could not be used by them when it is in the system and the bank statement does not lie ?? Do they think everybody is stupid ?
They did not even bother to read my mail and address me with my name.
The e-mail is signed "Swee - Customer Service" so I don't have clue with whom I am talking and they threated my mail like I would not exist and they don't seem to care to much about credit card security , or fraud on their shop or anything.
Usually when I am writing to someone concerning serious matters I fully sign the e-mails with complete name , phone etc so they have some refferences.
So I would advertise not to buy from this shop even if they have some special products or something as their customer care does not exist and they could not care less about any fraud on commited on their shop.
