We purchased an ethernet card from Encore Electronics with the red and white "e" logo turned up to the right. I had some questions regarding the driver, so I called them. Customer service open 24/7, wow !!!

No long series of prompts when calling and the two service guys answered our questions with precisely and where very courteous and professional.

This was the best tech support I have had in a long time. When I go shopping again, I will be looking for the Encore Electronics' brand.
