I ordered an amp from Cartronixplus and they sent me a bogus USPS tracking number. I am continuing my investigations.

Adendum: I have just called USPS who told me that the delivery is scheduled for Saturday 3rd, if all goes well I'd have to retract my statements and write a positive review for the company.

I must say that my fears are gone, the item I ordered from Cartronix Plus arrived and was in excellent order. Shipping was a bit slow but the bargain price I got paid off in the end.

I'd definitely shop there again!

Hello, Im your regular car audio guy, buying gear from ebay & other online stores. Actualy a friend recomended this site to me. That being said, I placed a order with Cartronixplus & had no problem placeing or paying for the order up front. Although i thought shipping was a bit pricey, i preceded anyways. I received a email saying 24-48 hrs. & product would be shipped. Some two weeks later after receiveing orders i placed AFTER this order had arived, I got pretty concerned. I called the number provided (The ONLY contact # avalable) to only get bussy signals at first, Then out of order recordings!! The website has no info. on their location or anyway to reach them other that email & when i tried that it said my IMAP reader didnt work for that???not sure what thats about?? Anyways Long & Short....I found this website with the info on it. I called this morning & talked to a guy who said his name was Larry, Just to inform me that They DID NOT have my product HAD NOT shipped my product and Furthrmore HAD NOT contacted me in this matter, Only upon speaking to him this morning, He said he would send me a refund, suposedly I was in line just this morning as i made the call to get my refund transfered????hmmmm????? Why just then as i spoke with him on the phone??Never the less I did speak with someone, And he did call me back at my home phone to assure me that a refund was going to be made for me to keep an eye on my account!!! I most definatly Will until this is resolved, So with that information being shared I hope that this doest upset any longtime customers, But enlightens people to be carfull with whom they do buss. Agian the company boasted good prices & my be completly fine for some people. But for me I have 2 wasted weeks of waiting for a product just to have to find it elsewhere & hope this doesnt happen agian.
