Are the phones that PhoneSource-USA sells even the "real" thing? Or are they those fake Chinese clone ripoffs? Just curious. Thanks.

I did a search for the address you provided and was able to find out that PhoneSource-USA.com's Hong Kong company is called Dunamis International Co., Ltd.

In fact, their website is Dunamis International Co., Ltd.

Another poster on another forum told me that someone at Phonesource told him via email that they own their company in Hong Kong, so I think that Dunamis must be their Hong Kong business. If you look on the website, they are offering "Drop Ship Service" which is probably how they're going to continue ripping off people. It's so ridiculous. It's like they have it down to a science on how they are going to do the same thing all over again!

Well not this time! If Phonesource owes you money, you should contact this Dunamis and demand that they pay you!

The phones that they sell are not knockoffs. I guess in the tech sense they are "prototypes". They are the first that come first off the line. And if you've seen anything that came first off the line you know that they will always have problems. There are no real manufacturers warranties because once you take a cell phone outside if the country of origin the warranty is null and void.

The only exception is if the company is an authorized reseller. The ONLY authorized reseller of imported cell phones is expansys, but they only are authorized for HTC products. Because PhoneSourceUSA lies about their warranty, if you can get them to court you can eat them alive.

As for their card transactions, make sure you contact your credit card company first, they will give you back your money, especially since the company is not in business anymore. Stick it to this joker Christian and make sure that he gets what he deserves!
