Not so sure about NewEgg.com anymore...

Well, newegg.com has failed me pretty badly this time. It took them 21 days to give me a refund for a processor after they already received it. But, I dont know if I should blame it on all the holidays, because 8 days were holidays/weekends during all this or should I because of newegg just losing track. I called them on the 6th business day after ups tracking recieved it (Because they say refunds take 3-5 business days), and they confirmed that they had received it and said they would send my refund asap. 5 business days later nothing, I called again and they said they hadn't sent it yet, and they would send it first thing in the morning. I called the next day to make sure they even remembered, and they said it was pending, and I got an invoice mail later that day. I finally received it about an hour ago.

Should I just blame the fact they forgot because of the holidays? Or should I really blame newegg for being irresponsible?

All companies run with small office staffs this time of year. Many companies have "use your vaction time or lose it" policies..... Since you did get your money back....

I give companies thirty days to process a refund. It has been nine weeks since I applied for a refund from the bloody IRS.

I have worked issues out in the past with Jason and I must say he gets an A+ in my book.

sorry but I already busted this person trying to claim something when they had -0- info about it.
They tried to tell me about my order dates/shipping info when I did not give them the order number, the email address or IP number(s) used to place the order to the parts.

And the email address used here is not the same one used to place the orders under...

Holiday or no, as you said 8 days were holiday/weekend days... after that, yeah they are at fault and need to be held accountable for it.
