Not alot to ask but lan's smart attitude was a bit much.
Still newegg is great and so is jason.
Ya UPS kind of sucks because they do have gauranteed delivery dates on ground packages but miss the delivery dates on some deliveries in some areas. This is sort of partly UPS fault too IMO.

I think it's just another plus for them. It shows they care about what the customers think and are saying.

I also want to add my 1 cent because so far and so far has been a few years at least; I have had nothing but a great experience with Newegg. If I called C.S., it was resolved immediately if not quicker! If they were too ever drop the ball on something, I would not fire off and write something negative or do anything else except give them time and every chance in the world to make good if needed and easily forgive them if they just messed up and blundered one of my orders. Why? Is because of the excellent service I know they are committed too and everyone makes mistakes. Can you imagine the daily transactions they do? I'm confident that they are one of few who give an extra effort to please the customer and never do anything bad intentionally. I cannot even think of another company that I have purchased from that comes close to the service I have received from them. This is exactly the type of company I dreamed about starting but never had the money or guts too actually do it. I have been in the computer field for over 15 years and work for a very large Software Co. Anytime someone asks, where should I get it. You know it, Newegg! As consumers, we need companies like Newegg to succeed. Otherwise, no one needs to care about Customer Service and we lose.

Must balance my first 4 negative posts after finding this site. Newegg rocks. There, I said it. I can be positive see!

Tigerdirect can go suck an egg. Dang, how did this become negative? LOL. I'll leave the tiger story for some other day.

(Newegg keeps you up to date of any problems before they are problems, takes returns properly, has very good prices, if not some of the best, and is genuinely concerned about their customers). I've bought memory, camera's, printers, laptops, cpu's, cases (HTPC ATX case selection is great), and some other stuff like SD cards etc. Not a single problem, save for one, and it was resolved ASAP.
